Painting Treatment
Usually we guarantee that rust resistance period of our products is 12 months. Acid pickling or sand blasting, this is to remove the rust on the surface of the metal part. Acid pickling is to remove the rust chemically and sand blasting is to remove the rust physically. It depends on the products itself, some products suitable for acid pickling but some need to be sand blasted. If it is acid packling, then it is phosphorization . The second step is electrophoresis, this is to add a layer of protection on the surface of the metal. Third step is powder coating. Then it is high temperature baking - to make the powder coating layer smooth. Finally it is hand painting, to reach antique effect of the finish.
